Wednesday, November 4. Have you ever had weeks like this? Each time I think I'll get back to blogging, life throws me another curve. It's been so crazy here I haven't had the opportunity to go see my daughter in Charlotte for over a year. Boy, I miss them so much! Hope everyone enjoyed their Halloween. The weather here was perfect which led to hundreds of kids coming by. Brian and Amber brought their girls over to go trick or treating. I haven't uploaded the pictures I took, so I'll post thos. Thursday, January 7. With the new year most of us are looking for new beginnings. This year new beginnings has been forced upon me. Last month I lost my husband. He had been ill for several months which was why I haven't been blogging. This is the first week I've been by myself since his death. I keep thinking he'll walk in any minute. Wednesday, November 11. I just received an email from Aaron, one our blogging buddies husband, to let me know Renee' from. A Path of Joy. 2 Peas in a Pod. Is in the hospital with multiple blood clots in her lungs. Aaron called this condition bilateral PE. Please add Renee' and her family to your prayer list. I'll keep you updated as I learn more about Renee's condition. They are in my prayers, hope there is improvement now. Its a BLESSING for sure. Stopping by to wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Thursday, April 16, 2009. We have had some good news lately with our kids. Our oldest daughter was made prayer captain of her dorm room for next year. This is a great honor. That means they have seen leadership abilities from her and we are very proud of her. My best thing that has happened this week is we got a replacement dryer! Funny how u get excited about small things huh? Guess we take those things for granted. Have a great day. I am going to enjoy the warm weather while it is here!

Friday, October 09, 2009. Yesterday was our 21st wedding anniversary. can't believe it has been that long. Time sure does fly. These are the beautiful flowers my hubby gave me yesterday. He told the florist my wife likes fall colors can u make something like that? Ha They are gorgeous! This picture doesn't do them justice. It was taken with my phone camera. Not the best coloring.
