Expectant Augmentation: June 2010
http://amanda-christine.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Hopefully awaiting the changes to come. Friday, June 25, 2010. Listen closely, baby don't let go. Take this sinking boat and point it home. We've still got time, raise your hopeful voice. You had the choice, you've made it now. Falling slowly, eyes that know me. And I can't go back. Moods that take me and erase me. And I'll paint it black. Monday, June 14, 2010. Week 1, Workout 2. I like jogging at night, but I end up with lots of energy left over. Hmm. Not sure what to do about that. I am on a new regim...

Expectant Augmentation: August 2009
http://amanda-christine.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Hopefully awaiting the changes to come. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. So I never thought I could be so happy to come home and have a cute little face running toward me in greeting. It has been a complete addition of joy and wonder into our home. After almost a week of not knowing what his/her gender is, and not having a name. "Kitty" has been declared a girl, become neutral, and gotten a name all in them same day! Friday, August 21, 2009. Hippy Christianity and Feeling at Home. I found God tonight in a cof...

Expectant Augmentation: March 2011
http://amanda-christine.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Hopefully awaiting the changes to come. Saturday, March 26, 2011. There has been a lot of change, strain, and general weariness in my life over the last couple months. I mentally knew that - and definitely physically feel it. It's a weight in every part of my body. I am weary. The song that keeps playing through my head is the old Andy Park song, "Let it Rain." Oh how I miss this song being a regular part of worship. Just hearing it takes me back. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Hopefully awaiting the changes to come. Friday, February 26, 2010. Home is always a topic, a word, a thought that has stirred my heart and caused me to yearn for something more. While I still have up days and down days here in Lexington, I know that this is home. For this season. Our new version of home is coming. I can't wait. Wednesday, February 17, 2010. God is the great I AM. He is and was and is to come. He is all things. You don't want to stay outside to breathe in deep the fresh, frigid air. I can...

Expectant Augmentation: August 2010

Hopefully awaiting the changes to come. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. I'm currently (and rather quickly) making my way through Facing Your Giants. By Max Lucado. Max isn't always my favorite author, mainly because of how much cheese he uses. But as I was searching the shelves in the library the other day, it jumped off the shelf and into my heart. The back of the book read like my life. Face your giant, even if you aren't the strongest, the smartest, the best equipped, or the holiest. (emphasis added).
