At work yesterday, the engineer guy offered me a bag of freshly milled wheat flour. The only condition was, if I took it, I had to make a treat for the office! I took the challenge. I looked up a whole wheat recipe and immediately I landed on this Oatmeal Buttercream Pie recipe. Oh guys, it's soooo yummy! I made the cookies last night, then got up a little earlier this morning to make the frosting fresh. I was nervous about refrigerating the cookies. ANYWAY. this is how they turned out:. 1 tsp baking soda.

In partnership with Professor Jeff Hanson at Southern Utah University and North Elementary School located in Cedar City, Utah, I painted a replica mural of the school’s Drug Free Week coloring contest winner’s piece. I involved people from the elementary school, volunteers from the community, students and friends from SUU, and various other people who sim. Ply just wanted to lend a hand. This is what I got.
