Tuesday, March 19, 2013. 2 down, 10 to go! Update #1: Two treatments have come and gone and I only have ten treatments to go! Aside from a little nausea and queasiness for a few days after each treatment, I generally just feel tired. However, a week after my first treatment I felt like myself again, so we are hoping that trend sticks! I'll take another blood test the day before my next treatment to see how the shots and lower dose of chemo helped increase my white blood cell count. Another two thumbs up!

We have decided to stick with Ironwood Cancer Research Centers, where we really like Dr. Harrison J. Bachrach, M.D. My treatment will consist of 12 treatments: every two weeks for six months. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Best Recipe. Ever. I love bread. A lot. Bread and butter may be my favorite snack/meal, especially is the bread is fresh. At restaurants I tend to eat more of the before-the-food-comes-out bread than my actual meal. Since I am at work/school all day, I love using my crockpot whenever I can. I found this recipe on my friend Whitney's blog (see my list of family and friends) and decided to modify it a bit. 1 envelope (0.25 ounce). OR 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast. 1/4 c warm water.

You can tough out the pain, and you can treat the pain, but eventually, that wound will expose you. You have to get the bullet out. If the wound is left untreated, infection spreads and causes more damage. The longer you wait, the worse it gets. So why hide it? Why draw out the pain and continue to hurt when it could be stopped? Tay and Tracer's Big Day. Saturday, November 5, 2011. Life's a Beach.For a Week. After we hit the NC Zoo, we spent a week at Myrtle Beach Travel Park. We absolutely LOVE this campground! It is very clean, family friendly, and my kids adore the recreation staff. Plus, my Great Aunt and Uncle always come down to their daughter's villa at the campground for the week so it is wonderful to spend time with them!
