Taylor In Uganda: Cruisin' the Nile

http://www.taylorinuganda.blogspot.com/2008/07/cruisin-nile.html

Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Weird fact about the Nile: In the mornings, there is foam EVERYWHERE. It comes from Murchinson's Falls, and just floats on down the river (And flies up and gets all over your shirt. Poor Amber! As the day goes on, the sun makes most of it evaporate. The very first thing that we saw were hippos. It's crazy how big those things are! JJ calls them giant water pigs :). If you look really close, you can see the little holes. Here, let me help you out on that. A Day At the Races.

Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Getting Back Into the Flow of Things. Well, we are home. It's good to be here, and I gotta tell ya, it felt AMAZING to sleep in my own bed last night! The way God wants me to, of course. That is the Sunday School answer, but I can't really find the true answer deep in my heart. How can I continue to live all that has been shown to me in Uganda? Taylor In Uganda: Learnin' To Love

http://www.taylorinuganda.blogspot.com/2008/06/learnin-to-love.html

Thursday, June 26, 2008. Hey there everyone. I've gotta keep this quick, because I have to wake up at 4:00 tomorow morning! I just wanted to say something really quick about today's adventures. Today's subject is love. We studied it when Gene did devotions tonight. The question was "How are you going to take the love that you have learned here back to your town, and apply it to your everyday life? 1 John 3:18-20 (The Message). God is greater than our worried hearts and knows more about us than we do.

Taylor In Uganda: A Little Too Late

http://www.taylorinuganda.blogspot.com/2008/06/little-too-late.html

Wednesday, June 25, 2008. A Little Too Late. Well, I finally have a blog. I should've gotten one earlier, when I had things to write about. Tomorrow is our last work day. I guess I'll try to write as much as I can then! Too hard to take care of? Too sad to look at? Of course not. They would want me to be better. They would love on me. Had any of those people ever felt love ever before? Mark 10:46-52. Here it goes:. Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a. Put yourself in hi...

Global Family Rescue Uganda 2008 Mission Trip. Saturday, July 12, 2008. Namyoya - Work Day 2. Today is Thursday (June 26). This is the last scheduled day we have. The full team is headed to Namyoya. Those who did not go on Wednesday are anxious to see all the changes that have happened to the church since we attended services last Sunday. As we leave Kampala today, we have to take a detour courtesy of road construction on the main highway towards Namyoya. The ‘detour’ resembles a BMX. No - it is not Gunga.

Thursday, November 15, 2012. Add that lesson in casting blame to the long list I've gained from this experience. You see, it's through these struggles, challenges that I've learned and grown so much. Let me explain. Wow What a question. It was all I could do to not exclaim, "YES! How could I NOT think about the differences?
