Bringing about the apocalypse is not considered cool: pondering mappō. I find that I’ve been thinking about the end of the world a lot this fall. Oh, this has nothing to do with the end of the current. Although there is that too. I have to wonder, however, if it might not be too easy to rely on. Since 2006 there have been some work which further explored.
