http://www.teachingwithninjanuity.blogspot.com/2015/08/favorite-things-ways-to-spend-last-few.html

Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Favorite Things: ways to spend the last few weeks of summer! I'm linking up for with Teaching Trio. For the "Favorite Things Linky" today! I'm so excited to tell you about three of my favorite ways to spend the last weeks of summer! My first favorite way to enjoy the last few weeks of summer is going to the beach! I'm sure this isn't such a big surprise! Since moving closer to the beach a little over a month ago, I realized I hadn't really been going as often as I had thought!

Friday, August 7, 2015. Five For Friday - August 7, 2015. What a fun week this has been! Each week is going by so fast, it's crazy to me! Here's my Five for Friday hosted by Doodle Bugs Teaching! We had our friend over on Sunday morning for breakfast. He just got back from a month in Taiwan and then left just last night to go back to Oklahoma for school. We played Ticket to Ride with him - which is one of our FAVORITE games! Our cousin got married on Sunday! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception!

teaching with ninjanuity: Classroom Management - Clip Chart - Behavior Calendars

http://www.teachingwithninjanuity.blogspot.com/2015/08/classroom-management-clip-chart.html

Saturday, August 1, 2015. Classroom Management - Clip Chart - Behavior Calendars. I know so many teachers who use clip charts as part of their classroom management strategies. Using my clip chart has always been a positive and effective component of my classroom management. Along with my clip chart, I use "Behavior Calendars" to help communicate and partner with parents as to daily behaviors in our classroom. There are some exceptions to this though. For kids who are yellow, orange, or red, I will ask fo...

Saturday, August 29, 2015. Audio QR Codes Video Tutorial! If you saw my post in Instagram (or even if you didn't see it.) on the Audio QR codes I made to quickly and easily play songs around my classroom - you know how excited I am to eliminate having to shuffle through CDs to find the song(s) I want to play. As teachers we KNOW how much this really derails a lesson! I created this video tutorial to show you how to quickly and easily create an Audio QR code! I hope this is helpful to you! I made these QR...

http://mybrightbluehouse.blogspot.com/2015/08/5-things-i-did-this-week-to-keep-my.html

Thursday, August 13, 2015. 5 things I did this week to keep my sanity next week. Was that title long enough for you? I officially go back to work TODAY. Uggg. (Actually, I do like my job but who wants to give up the freedom of summer? Anyway, I did a couple of things this week to wrap up summer. This is similar to our type but isn't our bed. Source. My daughter moved into a big girl bed! Cute, simple and hopefully effective. She can already "read" them so I call that a success. It's from Clean Mama.

A Learning Moment: July 2015

http://alearningmoment.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html

Sunday, July 19, 2015. So, over the past weekend I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to explain to my aunt (who is from Texas) the wonders of what I do. I gushed and I enthused. I shared about the wonderful things I get to do with my kiddos each year, and planning for subsequent years. I went on for about thirty minutes before she stopped me with a question that had me frozen in shock:. Now, I want to put a disclaimer out there: I AM NOT AN EXPERT! 1 What is TK? 2 What does TK consist of? Expectat...
