Monday, August 15, 2011. Eternity. HERE WE COME! The next few weeks were filled with much prayer and fasting by our friends and family on our behalf. We prayed that the approval letters would come in time for us to be sealed when my family would be in town the first weekend in August. Day after day, week after week we waited for the letters. This was definitely more difficult for me than for him. He has been looking forward to this for a long time! He has a brand new teacher out of school and he is in the PM class so he can come home with his sister. He, like Brylie, will do just fine in school! He already reads very well and can count like a champ and is even doing math. So the wait began.

Tuesday, February 28, 2012. So we have been wanting to make a dining room table for a long time now and this particular one because you can make benches to go with it. Well, we did it! Brad was kind enough to let me do most of the work (break the drill bits by the handful, etc). I dare say that if he would have done more of the work, it would have turned out better still. But now I have a little confidence and have caught the fever! I hope to do a few more projects yet! Birthday Land Around Here.
