I'd like eventually make something that has the smoothness of an oatmeal stout, with some roasted malt edge, but also carries a lot of depth found in many Belgian Dubbels. Wednesday, November 25, 2009. 2009 has been a wonderful year of trying out various low alcohol session beers, or what I like to call "table" beer. The Wayward IIPA.
