The event is 6 weeks out, it’s not performing, everyone is losing motivation and people are letting go of responsibility. This is how it felt for TT FX this year, 6 weeks out and where we were on 37 delegates against a target of 107. The data was of poor quality and not the right people and DS were only getting sales from their own research. Increase the vol of EQs from 138 to 238 ( 72%). What do you think?
