Ginger ale is probably one of the oldest styles of soft drinks known to man. It is also Chef Rob's favorite style. Our Hibiscus Ginger Ale is made with 4 ingredients: hibiscus, ginger, sugar and water. Chef Rob has to scale down the ginger, as he likes it spicy! He is in the process of developing a spicier soda, but for this recipe he's kept a nice, mild. Ginger flavor, allowing the hibiscus to shine through. Prickly Pear Cream Soda.

Our Sarsaparilla is 100% natural root and spice, brewed and unfiltered. Most likely you've never had a sarsaparilla this flavor, The main root, of course, is the sarsaparilla root in a blend with burdock, ginger, licorice and dandelion roots, wild cherry and cinnamon barks, then rounded out with star anise, vanilla and clove. I've been known to use cardamom, coriander, basil. Why not simply call it "root beer"? Prickly Pear Cream Soda.

Chef inspired small batch artisan sodas and syrups. Our sodas are usually handcrafted in 5 gallon batches, and we like to age them at temperatures under 38 degrees. Allowing the syrups to age allows the flavors to meld together. We use the old style stainless steel soda kegs that Coke and Pepsi used back before they moved to syrup in a box. Currently being made Exclusively for Bonterra Blu. Prickly Pear Cream Soda.
