Support this site, visit My Store. Bryan Brewing Co. (BP) 1994-1995. Trey added, I wish I had a better recollection of their beer. I do recall it being good and plentiful. An interesting menu note was they served a cheesecake that they made with their beer. Sounds a little crazy but it was really good. Brazos Brewing Company c1995. Trey alse mentioned that Brazos Brewing Company was open when Bryan Brewing Co. closed, but had never visited.

Thrity miles south of Fort Worth, Cleburne sprang up at a transportation crossroads.The Town was named for General Patrick Cleburne, who had lead several area residents in the Civil War. The Cleburne Brewery 1868-1878. He brought in Fritz Wulfert as a partner, apparently in 1875, when only Wulfert is listed in the tax records. That same year, they sold the brewery to Fritz and Elijah Guffee.

Chef inspired small batch artisan sodas and syrups. Our sodas are usually handcrafted in 5 gallon batches, and we like to age them at temperatures under 38 degrees. Allowing the syrups to age allows the flavors to meld together. We use the old style stainless steel soda kegs that Coke and Pepsi used back before they moved to syrup in a box.
