I didn't notice the silky spider threads until I saw this one on the computer. Also, you notice the decapitated stem? That lovely one is in my kitchen. Hollyhocks. The Old Post House & Barn
We recently spent two years renovating the barn which dates back to the 17th century. You would have shared it with cows and goats in those days! A century or two later, your room mates would have been a horse and carriage or even an early automobile as the barn was also used as a garage. Cheltenham with its many festivals is a15 min drive away and Stratford upon Avon about the same. Closer still are several idyllic Cotswold villages including Broadway and Snowshill.
