I didn't notice the silky spider threads until I saw this one on the computer. Also, you notice the decapitated stem? That lovely one is in my kitchen. Hollyhocks. We recently spent two years renovating the barn which dates back to the 17th century. You would have shared it with cows and goats in those days!
