Sunday, July 12, 2009. 4th of July 2009. This year's 4th of July was spent on Grand Lake at the Hart's Lake House. It was awesome! Friday night we boated to the Earnhart's family pre-fourth celebration where we were treated to a wonderful fireworks display, food and beverages. The family really knows how to entertain. Sunday, December 27, 2009. Our last Christmas Season in Tulsa for awhile brought busyness as well as joy and cheer to our household. I started my project at High Sierra in Denver which had me out of town for 3 weeks. While Fish had the busiest Christmas for his business. He called us that night to tell us it fell out. They preserved the tooth. When he came home, the tooth fairy left Jamison a dollar. I believe this happened in October 5, 2009. Thursday, December 18, 2008. Christmas Lights at Rhema. This year we braved the cold and took Jamison to see the lights at Rhema. It is such a blessing to see Christmas through his eyes. He could have stayed there the entire night despite how cold it was. We had a wonderful evening walking through the display. An evening in excellent company without kids was a very nice treat. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. The Holiness of Home. I try to be the heart of my home (have you heard that saying- the mom is the heart of the home? Here is what we did do (aside from the ressurection eggs). We made palms and ate pistachio pudding (for the green) and talked about Jesus entering Jerusalem. Once we lit the candles, Jonah got all excited and yelled- Happy Birthday, Jesus! We had a pseudo passover meal where we ate lamb, and had communion and talked about the last supper. For most of 2012 I worked as an animation teacher 3 days a week, which gave me some time to work on other small exciting projects.
