I surprised myself today by being good. I did 50 reps on my biceps using 5kg weights and followed these up with 20 squats. My bum will hate me in the morning. Unfortunately it was only when I had left the relatively sheltered area of the village protected by houses that I realised just how cold and strong the wind was, and by then it was too late to turn round and go back home. To sum up I managed my two miles today in 28 minutes which included 3 minutes running and a very strong wind! January 10, 2015.
