Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Wier farm in CT. What a great State Park with some church history mixed in. The kids got the junior map and learned all about the history of the place while collecting stamps along the way. They loved getting pins and stickers at the end. Sunday, November 24, 2013. It was so windy last time we passed through the Gorge! We stopped at Vista Point to play. It was the kind of wind that held us up when we leaned against it and that pushed us back when we jumped. It was also very fun to watch everyone else playing around in the wind, I think everyone was surprised at the ferocity of it. It was delightful. I don't really know what he was talking about. It could have gotten much uglier than it did. So, very nearly became a young widow this summer!
