We finally had enough leaves in our backyard to make a leaf pile, which Aidan has been asking for. But with only one tree we have to wait until they are almost all down. Tuesday, October 7, 2008. Aidan had some first in his school career. First Field Trip to an apple orchard. Mommy, Davis, and Halle went too. First School Picture Day! We'll have to see how that one went in a few weeks.

Like any good evangelical kids' Bible it includes a summary page and closes with an invitation to ask Jesus to take away your sins. The third to last paragraph talks about how Jesus was the promised Messiah for Israel to take away their sins. Davis asks, "Why does God take away our sins? Davis: "Where is our soul?

He said it sounded like someone was blasting rock next door. (Common around here in order to build a basement.) The building shook. By the time he figured it out, it was over. I feel cheated.
