From Joanne's Kitchen: February 2015
http://fromjoanneskitchen.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 16, 2015. We've got a lot of ground beef in our deep freeze, and I've been trying to think up new things to try with it. Made this recipe for Italian Herb Baked Meatballs. Last week, and Jeremy and I liked them! Kids weren't that impressed, but they ate them. I doubled the recipe for 29 total. (Used a #24 scoop.). Didn't have any marinara on hand, so I used worcestershire sauce, but not an equivalent measure. For the doubled recipe I used 2 TBSP. Not sure that the parchment was necessary!

From Joanne's Kitchen: January 2014

Sunday, January 19, 2014. I want a butterfly and Ada on it.". Our daughter, Ada, turned 5 just ten days ago. She shares her birthday with her Uncle Jason, which is pretty cool. Not sure what he wanted on his cake, but the title was her request. And chocolate. This is what I came up with:. From the same book I made a sauce/topping/frosting recipe and did this with it:. I let it sit in the fridge for a bit so the sauce wouldn't be quite as runny. It turned out well! A few days later:. 1/3 cup dutch cocoa.

The American Woman: Luke's Firsts
http://www.the-american-woman.com/2014/01/lukes-firsts.html
Monday, January 6, 2014. Introduced Luke to the beach over the weekend! We headed to Santa Cruz for lunch and a bonfire to celebrate my moms birthday. Luke had so far slept through a lot of his first trips: two trips to the pumpkin patch and getting our Christmas tree. He was awake for the first part of the beach visit, so that was really exciting and I got a little camera happy! We were also able to get a family photo with all three of us smiling! Saturday, May 3, 2014. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins. My friend Jess makes a good peanut butter chocolate chip muffin. I think hers was the only one I had ever had. I'm pretty sure I would remember if I had had a peanut butter chocolate chip muffin in my life before. Monumental, that. At the beginning of this year, not sure if it was the first or second month, I googled around to look for a recipe. Annie's Eats had just what I was looking for! Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins. 2 1/4 cups flour.
