Monday, November 7, 2011. Our Life in Korea. I've been meaning to post some pictures of our apartment and how things have been going for us in Korea:. First up: Our apartment. The living room: notice how nice my painting looks high up on that wall? Well, two nights ago it fell down and broke :(. I guess we won't have a painting up there anymore. And in the kitchen. Our (tiny) Korean convection oven. I am slowly learning to bake my normal things with it- each new recipe has to be tried and figured out.

Happy Family: November 2008
http://weareahappyfamily4.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2008. October 2008, I. October 2008, I. Katelyn gets her very first hair cut (just the bangs). Now she can see! Apple-picking with some friends from Dave's work (while Dave was working). A trip back through Oirase Gorge to Lake Towada to see the fall foliage. Fall was an extremely beautiful time of year here. The air dried out (it was unbelievably humid when we got here in late July), and it was cool and pleasant. The kids telling knock-knock jokes. It was a combination of two jokes.

Thursday, May 21, 2009. March 2009 Part I. Sorry for the long pause in posting pictures! Here are some pictures of our trip to Asamushi Aquarium, which was really fun. The kids with the Asamushi Aquarium mascot. Not sure what it is exactly- a puffer-fish, maybe? Watching the dolphin show. I think I get the point. The following pictures are from the ASPAM building in Aomori. Which looks, incidentally like a giant letter A. The ASPAM building is the "Prefectural Center for Local Products and Tourism.".

Friday, March 20, 2009. February Family Prize Quiz. It's a "Traditional artistic lion dancing robot.". It moves and opens its mouth when you clap, and extra batteries are included. Andrew was so excited about it, he ripped open the package to see it (note the hole in the box). Thursday, March 12, 2009. A quick reminder: to view the videos more smoothly, click on the link to this post on the right of the screen (then it will load just this post, not all posts from 2009). Inside a snow cave.
