http://theandrews.blogspot.com/2009/12/quick-catch-up.html
Enjoying their adventure in the UK! Tuesday, December 08, 2009. We have been a little bit quiet recently, seem to have been completely overtaken by facebook, however we are still here and we are en joying being home in the UK even though we miss NZ SO much! We have had a summer of weddings, holidays and trying to get our heads round our most exciting news! We are having a baby! But we are now apparently in the final stages although I am not subscribing to this and still thinking it is miles away!

the mallons: One week left!
http://the-mallons.blogspot.com/2008/11/one-week-left.html
Catch up with our news and adventures. Sunday, November 16, 2008. The skin reaction is now slightly worse, and I have some peeling and broken skin- but it is basically a bit like heat rash, quite prickly and itchy. I am controlling it well by slathering it in aqueous cream, and it is really not much of a problem compared to surgery and chemo! Only 5 sessions left- next week I am having 'booster' sessions. Not quite sure aboout the detail, except they will be much quicker and I even get a pillow!

the mallons: Easy peasy now....
http://the-mallons.blogspot.com/2008/11/easy-peasy-now.html
Catch up with our news and adventures. Monday, November 17, 2008. Well, today was a much quicker procedure. Instead of lying on a frame and holding on to a post, I was on a mattress with a pillow! True luxury compared to the last 5 weeks. And, although I still needed to be aligned properly, there was only one burst of radiation as opposed to three (so basically it takes a third of the time and is much more comfy). And I have already done one- so there are only 4 left. Woohoo! Posted by nigel and sue.

the mallons: June 2008
http://the-mallons.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Catch up with our news and adventures. Thursday, June 26, 2008. On Tuesday I had another very long wait for my consultation with the doctor- I was in the building for 4 hours and my appointment was about 10 minutes! However, I got chatting with quite a few other women and we had quite a raucous giggle- so much so that when I was eventually called through and complained about my wait time was told that I had been called a lot earlier (but obviously did not hear! Still, it was quite jolly! Tomorrow I go ba...

Catch up with our news and adventures. Sunday, May 25, 2008. G-CSF - douze points! The G-CSF seem to be working, in that I am feeling good! Interestingly I have developed tonsillitis again- this is the third time! BUT- I do not have a temperature, or feel anywhere near as bad as last time, which is fantastic. When we got home we realised it was the first time I had been out in 9 weeks! Posted by nigel and sue. Thursday, May 22, 2008. Posted by nigel and sue. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Well, I managed to miss...

http://ojosstuff.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Livin' my life like it's golden, golden. Saturday, December 31, 2005. Now I just LOVE New Year's Eve, I do. Looking back I have lots of fond memories. Even the bad ones were good, I love it so much. I remember going clubbing in London, standing on Sydney Harbour watching the fireworks, having a party with friends, being at church on the stroke of midnight. Whatever form it took, New Year has always been pretty special for me. Reason one: I like parties. Posted by Jo Saxton @ 11:37 PM. Veiled in flesh the...

Livin' my life like it's golden, golden. Saturday, July 22, 2006. So glad we've made it. Besides - how do you sum up a life changing, life defining year? Or try to explain how this 6lb 6oz bundle has grown into this bubbly, dramatic, vibrant, goofy toddler? Maybe words can't describe it. No words can communicate how much we love Tia; how much she's changed us, how we see the world, see life , see God through different eyes since she came around. In the meantime we just carry on! Saturday, March 15, 2008. Closing the past year we realize how much God has done for us, in us and trough us. Reflecting on the faithfulness of God of the past gives you a bigger confidence for the times to come, He is faithful and He always will be. At the end of January trough the generosity of Tchad and Andrea, we celebrated our birthdays in England, having a fantastic time of rest and fun with the Western’s family which has now a new member: the beautiful and sweetest Natasha Hope! We will have the v...

Enjoying their adventure in the UK! Saturday, March 07, 2009. Thawing out and other adventures! Much of February was spent thawing out after the crazy weather! We spent about a week and a half not being able to do much due to the ice that seemed to remain for AGES due to the cold temperatures, it really was quite bizarre! Most shops seemed to sell out of sledges creating numerous waiting lists, and when stock finally arrived it was in time to store away until the snow hits in the next decade! Abby, Geoff...
