Tuesday, February 26, 2013. I Love Yoga Because. It has turned my pointed finger away from others and towards myself. It makes me sweat. That sweat releases the nastiness inside of my body and heart. It is never painful, rather, it is enlightening. It brings me inward. It blesses me with productivity. It allows me to be "me". It has guided me to accept myself. It doesn't judge me. It has taken away the judgement I hold for others as well as the fear of judgement. It makes me younger. I now appreciate more.
