Saturday, September 26, 2009. What a beautiful fall! I ran 10 this morning and it was very crisp when I started but just right when I finished. What a great time and place to be alive! This month has gone so quickly. The running has been easy and enjoyable. I'm actually 20 miles ahead of schedule. That feels good considering that the weatherman is predicting snow for next week. I'm not ready for that yet. Ya'll should come join us. Good Luck to you St. George racers! Hope you qualify for Boston!

I had so much fun at Cedar Badge that it took me a couple weeks to recover. My running was not as consistent as needed but alas all things pass and I am back at full speed.
