Thursday, September 29, 2011. I bottled spaghetti sauce again this year, cause we are addicted! Two days after I finished making my sauce I remembered that last year I altered the recipe to make it thicker, this year I forgot to do that. Darn. Oh well, maybe I will add some tomato paste when I use it to make it thicker. Still the taste is amazing. Thursday, September 15, 2011. Luke's 1st day of Preschool. Thursday, June 30, 2011. It would not be summer without Strawberry Days! This year we were heading out of town so we were not able to do the usual activities. Monday, February 28, 2011. Finally our list of home improvements are done. I am so glad that Chad is such a handyman and was able to get these done for me. I'm sure that every time I mention I want to go to Home Depot or Lowes he cringes. Knowing that the small project always turns into more then he bargained for.
