But there was this "report" on CNN the other day about Spam making a comeback in this economy and it got me thinking about the crazy things that we ate growing up in the "deep" South. Honestly, I knew NO ONE who ate Spam! But, my mother-in-law, a self-confessed "foodie", admitted that she remembered eating it. Said it tastes like Chicken.
