Confessions of a Cook. Friday, May 20, 2011. While fish is cooking, have potatoes boiling. Cut up as many potatoes as you would like. Boil them for about 10 minutes. After they have boiled, drain. Melt a stick of butter in the bottom of the pan. Place potatoes back in the same quart pan. Add salt, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, and fresh cilantro. Cook about 8 minutes, stirring occassionally. This meal probably takes about 30 minutes to make.maybe a little longer, but no matter how much time, it is.
