Shrimp Scampi with Fresh Herbs. 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons white wine. 1 1/2 sticks french butter at room temp. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 3 tablespoons fresh parsley. 1/4 cup minced shallots. 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves. 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 extra large egg yolk. 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Red pepper flakes to taste. 1 Preheat the oven to 425. 4 Arrage shrimp in baking dish and pour butter mixture on top.
