Month: April, 2012. April 11, 2012. Just like riding a cappuccino through a time machine. A few days ago I made my first cappuccino in nearly five years. For those who haven’t worked in the coffee industry, the cappuccino is really the only drink at a cafe which takes time to learn and skill to perfect.
