The Dinnertime Divas: Mini Cheesecakes

http://thedinnertimedivas.blogspot.com/2013/03/mini-cheesecakes.html

Monday, March 25, 2013. Well, since the theme for this month's Supper Club was based on our Diva name, I got to bring dessert! I turned to Pinterest, of course, and found these delicious little cheesecakes that were a cinch to make and perfect for sharing. Also, did I mention that they aren't too terribly bad for you either? You can't beat that! 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (or Oreos, I suppose! 2 tbsp. butter, melted. 2/3 cup low fat cream cheese. 6 tbsp. fat free cream cheese. 3 tbsp. lemon juice.

The Dinnertime Divas: April 2013

http://thedinnertimedivas.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Chicken Sausage on Quinoa with Peppers. For this month's Color Me Badd Diva theme, I randomly ended up with yellow. Several of the Divas are not curry fans (and it definitely smells up your house) so I went with a dish that used yellow peppers (and the Quinoa is "yellowy" I guess.). Chicken Sausage on Quinoa with Peppers. 188; onion, diced. Sea salt to taste. 2 Cups Chicken Broth. 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 189; onion, cut into thin strips. 2 cloves garlic, minced.

Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Cheesy Chicken and Stuffing By: The BIG Cheese. Here I, The Big Cheese, sit at a local library.trying not to think of cheese. What's the use? I cut her recipe in half, just FYI *. 4 thin boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets. 3 slices 2% reduced fat Swiss cheese. 1/2 can of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup. Dessert Diva is a ...

Seeking Steph: April 2012

http://seekingsteph.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html

Monday, April 30, 2012. Recently, God put something on my heart that I have been fighting, tooth and nail…. Actually, He probably put it there a long time ago, but Denial ain’t just a river in Egypt, my friends. After pleading with Him incessantly (“God, hold on… are You SURE? I mean, I have some other ideas that I would like much better. Can I put a presentation together for you? I’m really good with Prezi.”) I realized that I was supposed to step out in faith, and just obey. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Mrs. E and the MD: June 2012

http://ernstbergerfamily.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html

About mrs. e}. Thursday, June 14, 2012. This was my original draft of this post from a week or so ago. I have provided an update after the first round of Freezer Meal Cooking at the bottom. Enter Freezer Meal Cooking! My goal for this month is to create 24 meals. This means that we will have 6 meals per week that are homemade and premade, which leaves one night per week that we can go out and have a date with our extra money we are saving! Here is my tentative plan for this month's meals. I only noticed ...

the dinner takes it all

Monday, June 9, 2014. Hanging out in the freezer overnight. And unlike Thanksgiving- well, unlike Thanksgiving. Inspired by Heidi's incredibly complicated salt and vinegar potatoes. Serves 15-20 as a side. 5 pounds yukon gold potatoes. White vinegar (up to 1 quart). 1 bunch (5-6) scallions. 2 tbsp mustard seeds (yellow or brown; I used a 50:50 mix). 1/2 cup olive oil. 1 bunch dill, picked or chopped into small fronds. Toast the mustard seeds in a skillet with no oil over high heat until they just begin t...

Meal-A-Day

A new day, a new vegetarian meal. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Its fall, people! And you know what that means . . . Apples! What I did find, however, was both apples and cider. So, I made up my mind. Sometimes in this world, a girls gotta make her cider doughnuts herself. And so I did. Recipe, largely adopted from Smitten Kitchens blog. Which she has adopted from NYCs Hearth restaurants recipe. Links to this post. Saturday, May 12, 2012. I used one variation of the (in)famous NYT Plum Torte recipe. Ive been...
