Upon the recommendation of a few friends here in CA, we chose to send him to a semi-private swim school. It has been wonderful! He’s had twelve lessons and I think he’s made a lot of progress. A recent Sunday afternoon trip to Seaport Village was filled with tons of sights, sounds and sweet memories. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon in America’s finest city! 1 Vintage car parade (some even showed off their hydraulics! 2 Sailboats, yachts, barges and ferries coming in and out of the harbor. 3 Planes and helicopters heard flying overhead. 4 Kites soaring in the blue sky above.

Besides the obvious joy of seeing family and friends this summer in the USA, here are some things I'm looking forward to, in no particular order:. Not living behind a wall. As many chocolate chips, black beans and parmesan cheese as I want! Drinking water out of the tap.
