Not sure of the new title. Monday, February 25. Feb has been a month of ups and downs. Lets just skip the downs - they are fairly obvious- and focus on the ups. I have loved being back in my home-town and never realised it could be so much fun here. My sister and I. Spending a few days in Sydney for work and walking down to the beach of an evening (see photo). Going out for coffee with my nanna. Having a take-away Thai dinner on the beach. Not sure of the new title. Saturday, April 14. Spring trip to Morocco. Our trip was full of food and Moroccan tea. And fantastic green spaces in the dessert among ruins. When we were in the mountains we walked, we rode camels (my camel, Charlie, was in the movie Gladiator) and we played our favourite card game (which we also played in Italy last year). And that’s because I’ve fallen off the wagon. I was tired so I’d sleep too late and skip breakfast, then buy buttery raisin toast from the cafe near work. I’d forget to make lunch so I’d grab ready-made sandwiches, full of fatty sauces and creamy dressings. Except it’s not good at all. It’s BAD for me, and I know it. GO BACK TO BASICS.
