We met some friends at Creekside park for pizza, cake, and painting ceramics. The boys of course waiting in line for cake. Baby had a fun time with the balloon. Singing to the birthday girl. Sunday, February 26, 2012. My little fella trying to help his mommy feel better. I love this kid. He says he'll never get too old to give his mama hugs. I hope this stays this way. During the time of my grandfather's funeral, we had the joy of having Jessica Mae with us. She got to go to school with our kids a couple of days. One of those days was Valentines day. Thursday, August 26, 2010. First Day of School '10 MCCS. I thought this first one was funny of JB's face. He just wanted to get the show on the road. Can you believe it.7th grader. I tried to turn this one and it didn't take obviously. He said, "Dis girl so nice" speaking of his teacher. We all survived the day well. No tears were shed and all were happy. This week's recipe is another I've had around for years. It's simple and one of my favorite comfort foods. 1 onion, chopped. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 cup frozen carrots. 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded. 2 1/2 tsp baking powder.
