Friday, July 25, 2008. A few weeks ago, Corey calls me from work and says, "is it okay if I go to Alaska for a few days in a week and a half? No, we really don't have money to go to Alaska last minute, dear! He tells me it will all be paid for by our friend Lance's company (Empire Machinery). Sure! How does that work? Anyways, what a great experience! And of course they brought back over 100 pounds of fish. Fish fry, here we come! This management position is sure seeming to have its perks!

Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Halloween was a blast this year! Both of the kids were so into it! We had the family over for the annual chili dinner and then off for trick or treating we went! Conner walked the entire way and wouldn't let anyone help him carry his bucket for him, even when it got heavy! We got to one house where there was a statue of a dalmation on the front porch, so we had to take a picture with Conner! A great time was had by all! Until next year.Happy Halloween! Sunday, September 21, 2008. A Blackberry for me? Okay, so I know I'm always a little behind the times with technology, but that's okay.it really doesn't bother me at all! I had no intention of getting a Blackberry anytime soon hadn't it been for my wonderful husband who surprised me with one the day after we got home from the hospital. He brought it home and of course I yelled at him with a smile on my face."why in the world did you do this? It is the coolest thing ever! Thanks for the great new toy dear!

For those of you who don't know what that means her is a quick run down. Your first belt is white, then yellow, orange, blue stripe, blue, green, brown stripe, brown, black stripe and BLACK.
