Life is a Highway and I'm riding it. At the end of September Greg and I had our first get away in years! We went to Chicago and had a blast! It was so much fun just being together the two of us. Don't get me wrong, we love taking our kids places, and believe me we do, but it was so nice not having to plan so much. We just got to do whatever we wanted, when we wanted. On the train, going to the city. The beautiful skyline. I must say for being such a huge city, it is very clean. We went on the Farris Wheel.

Jake took the week off work and we were able to get together a few times, along with Grandpa Ron and Grandma Vickie! Saturday, when Nate got into town, everyone headed out to the Scottish Games at Thanksgiving Point! Afterward we hit up The Wild Zucchini in American Fork (think Italian Cafe Rio!
