Jul 1, 2009. So, I just read on my friend's blog about. Googled it, and up and ordered one online. I'm usually not a fan of hospital binki's becuase when they fall out they. All over the place. But, luckily for me, Kate will take any binki I put in her mouth. I think these will be nice when putting her to bed, in her carseat, or in the swing. At 9 bucks, it's worth a shot. But I must give Baxter a little credit:. Boxers are known for being gassy, so he fits into our family great). He's simply delightful to have around. He's better behaved than our stinkin' kids! Jun 16, 2009. Ahhhh, This is the LIFE. Needless to say, our little bundle of joy doesn't like to be swaddled! Maybe that would explain all her wiggling and stretching in uetero. We put her to bed at a friend's house-hence the boy bedding- and she made herself quite at home. She's doing great- has already slept several 5-6 hour stints at night- not too shabby for a 4 week old! Thank you, Babywise. Besides she looks darling when she's mad :). Posted by Sarah Empey. Sep 18, 2009. Had a GREAT trip. Here we are in VICTORIA. It was raining, so Cam kept Kate nice and toasty. Notice all the boats on the docks behind us. Her gleaming white throne. Last night she had to sleep in the bathroom because she wouldn't stop throwing a tantrum. She sniffled for a full hour after falling asleep, poor girl. Dec 7, 2009. While typing up recipes (hundreds! For our ward cookbook, I came across this yummy recipe- Cam has asked for it several mornings this week. Try it out! 3 cups raw oatmeal. 1 cup brown sugar (I use a little less). 2 tsp baking powder. 1 cup pecans, chopped. 1 tps cinnamon (I use more). Frozen or fresh fruit, to taste. Mix all together and bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 20-30 minutes. I accidentally overcooked it Saturday morning and it tasted like granola- it was. Posted by Sarah Empey.

Jan 26, 2010. With a simple plane ride we went from. Jake and Nicole looooove Brother Holmes! It's the first year we've taken our Empey Family Vacation in the dead of winter (just before Christmas) and I really loved the timing. It was wierd packing bathing suits and shorts while it was snowing outside. I had to resist my maternal instinct to throw in a few sweatshirts "just in case"! I'm sure glad I didn't waste the space because the weather was in the 80's and gorgeous. He let Jake take the reigns.
