Tuesday, January 27, 2009. How lucky am I to have my parent's birthday 2 days apart. It really makes it easy to remember, but sometimes they catch me off guard and I have to think which one comes first. For sure I got it right this year. :-) I may have blown it on their anniversary year (which I had engraved on a Christmas gift- pretty lame) but I do know the dates. Sunday, January 25, 2009. Dad enjoying the Mayan sun. Dad with a feathered friend at the Everglades. Py Birthday Dad. You are the best!

Sunday, January 18, 2009. Okay so my dear friend Joy asked me last night if I had updated anything on my blog since Haley's birthday. hinting that she might want some new reading material. So, in my efforts to please my friend, I am updating. I ran across this quote some time ago and loved it, saved it somewhere in the caverns of my files (which means lost) and never thought about it again. Until. I came to my wonderful sister-in-law London's blog and whala- there it was! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, February 22, 2009. Tuesday was the day the big "thirty-ten" showed up on my door step. Actually it showed up the night before around 9:00 when my "friends" supported me with streamers of bras draped across my front yard.
