Tuesday, April 28, 2009. I bought these fun letters online from a lady. That cuts wood and either sends it unfinished so you can Do It Yourself, or she will finish them for you. Well, now that I've gotten down to the last few weeks, I HAVE been keeping track and have been counting down the days. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. The Show Must Go On. Last Monday, Cory and I took the kids to the circus. It was at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Rexburg and Kaleb had gotten 2 free kids tickets, so we figured we would use them. Little did we know that it was going to cost $16 for EACH adult to get in! So $32, 1 box of popcorn, and 1 cotton candy later, we found some seats right in front of ring 3 to enjoy the show. Sunday, June 7, 2009. Discovery Center of Idaho. On Saturday, we drove into Boise and went to the DISCOVERY CENTER OF IDAHO. If you've never heard of it, the best way I can decribe it is a hands-on museum full of science experiments. You can touch everything, so it's a great place to take kids. We spent a few hours there and I'm sure we didn't see everything there is to see. Here is Cory laying on a bed of nails! Kaleb blowing HUGE bubbles! Chad doing what Chad does best - being silly! My sweet, curious, busy baby boy enjoyed the flashing power button on my old/new computer just a little too much. The boy fried my motherboard! And the computers, too! Between playing in the toilet, climbing on tables, chairs, desks, and destroying computers, he has just enough time to wrap us around his chubby little finger!
