Start at Home: Milk Paint Hutch
http://startathome.blogspot.com/2015/07/milk-paint-hutch.html
Monday, July 20, 2015. When I picked this hutch up from a garage sale I was a little worried about what was living in it. You can follow me here:. I would ...

The Aging Process | The Life & Adventures of Justin & Jess
http://justin-jess.blogspot.com/2014/03/the-aging-process.html
The aging process - and NO it's not in reference to our age - that's a whole different story! Even though plane building. She sent me to some links for aging new wood. It's actually an oxidation process between the tannins in black tea, and a vinegar/steel wool mixture - SCIENCE ALERT! I used for the aging process. Now, our vinegar/steel wool solution never turned any color other than clear. So don't be alarmed - it will still work! Brew some super black tea. I used one family size tea back for about...

http://www.itsagrandvillelife.com/2015/01/diy-board-and-batten-fireplace.html
January 13, 2015. DIY Board and Batten Fireplace. Today marks exactly four months since moving into our house, and during that period our board and batten fireplace has definitely been one of my favorite projects! To create the battens we used 1x4's for all of them except the top batten was made from a 1x8. Here is an image of all the board and battens installed! And here is the board and batten finished and with the TV hung. So what do you think? Easy enough to do in your house? Although I wasn't hands ...
