Monday, August 10, 2015. Lake with the Rounds Family. We had an AWESOME weekend at the lake with the Rounds family. We had fantastic weather and the kids got to do about everything the lake has to offer. They skied, tubed, played in the sand, kayaked, jumped on the trampoline, made smores and played lots of games. It was super fun and we can't wait to have them back again next year. Jake is turning into an expert skier and has learned to go in and out of the wake. Electronics were only allowed after dark!

Monday, July 27, 2015. Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp. The girls had an AMAZING week at bible camp. This was Anna's sixth year and Emily's fourth year. They had great weather and were definitely tired when we picked them up Friday but announced they definitely want to go back next year. We had perfect weather and the kids were able to enjoy about everything the lake has to offer. They skied, tubed, played on the trampoline, went for kayak rides, played games, fished, did sparklers and even enjoyed a fireworks display thanks to Uncle David! Molly caught her first fish! Thursday, May 21, 2015. Pre-Algebra here she comes! Emily has always been an outstanding math student. This year she was given the opportunity to take a test to pass out of sixth grade math and move on to Pre-Alegebra. She received the acceptance letter today in the mail and is beyond thrilled. Many of her buddies will be joining her which makes it even more exciting. Way to go Emily. We are SO proud of you! Links to this post. Emily's end of the year assembly. Wednesday, March 25, 2015. We had an amazing spring break. We were gone for ten days and we were certainly ready to be home in our own beds but we made some wonderful family memories in those ten days and would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We started out in Arizona and took a day trip to the Grand Canyon! We flew into Minneapolis on Thursday for a swim meet but we were able to spend a day at Mall of America with some family friends for the day on Friday which was a blast. Links to this post.

Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Grandma and Grandpa visit at the lake. We had such a GREAT weekend with my parents at the lake! Both Emily and Jake learned to ski and my mom and I showed off our skills as well. Anna and Scott wake-surfed and wake-boarded and we had gorgeous weather! Grandma and Grandpa arrived in style! The kids LOVED seeing their small plane in person! I don't do it very often but the kids enjoyed watching my slolam. Poor Grandma.smashed on the tube! Emily finally got brave enough to ski!
