I walk 40 meters in 1 minute and 21 Secs , it took me 147 steps. I’m starting to feel very strong and things are getting easier, but I know that at the end of the day it all came down to resistance and concentration. I’ll keep you inform! Viernes, 6 de noviembre de 2009. Today it was my second day of training and this is what I did:. I went out to do my 8km interval cardiovascular workout, and that usually take me about 1 hour. I do half an hour then stop and do some body conditioning and functional training, and this is how it goes:. 10 handstand press ups. Anyway let’s keep it short…. Handstand training went like this:. 1 set warm up x 12 meters. 1 x 40 meters. 7 x 2o meters. 2 x 30 meters. 1 x 25 meters. 1 x 27 meters. 1 x 32 meters.
