Sunday, November 25, 2012. This was the first year for tackle football in our home! Caleb surprisingly loved playing defense and played the position (I don't know what it is called) of rushing the quarterback and tackling him. He did a great job and was so fun to watch - minus all the tackling that is! On more than one occasion he would be doubled up defensively to prevent him from reaching the quarterback. I just love watching Jacob play in the various bands at school.one of the simple pleasures of life that always make me feel good inside. Jacob performed in all three areas including Garage Band, Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble.the first two songs are from garage band. Wednesday, August 12, 2015. On Monday we got to take the kids swimming! A couple in our church so kindly shared their pool with us! We are so thankful! We had a great time and the kids loved every minute of it. They actually had life jackets in just the right sizes for us to use. We added a ring float to Landen and he was able to enjoy the water on his own! Probaby a first for him! He was able to jump in a pool for the very first time on his own and he LOVED it! Our last hike of the trip was in Canyonlands National Park. We hiked to Mesa Arch. I believe it was only about 1.5 miles. It was a nice and easy trail.
