Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Yep, that's right, see those 2 documents on my fridge- that would be jury duty notices for both James and me. James is scheduled for May and mine is in June-although I've asked for it to be delayed until August, but I haven't heard back yet. In 10 years of being a registered voter (which is what Mississippi uses to select names), I have never had jury duty. Alaska randomly selects individuals from the list of Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend. Applicants and I guess my number is up!

Sunday, May 26, 2013. It's like we no longer have neighbors! So anybody that has ever been to our house for a BBQ knows how little privacy we have in our yard. Our deck is so high and there are no trees or anything obstructing the view from our deck into any of our neighbors yards, including the eyesore across the back alley.
