Saturday, January 17, 2015. For his birthday, Clayton wanted to go to Canada. Since we live so close to the boarder we just drove there after work and got a hotel overlooking Niagara Falls. I have realized that staycations are the best. You don't have to travel, it's not at all stressful, and it is way cheaper. Cookies and Bar cookies. Thursday, August 13, 2015. 12 (1-ounce) squares semisweet baking chocolate, chopped or 12 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips. 4 cups miniature marshmallows. In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, add chocolate in an even layer. Sprinkle marshmallows over chocolate. Bake at 450° until marshmallows are browned and chocolate is melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Sunday, October 7, 2012. We had a nice Easter Holiday with a fun egg hunt and coloring eggs with friends. We do the activities that don't pertain to Christ on Saturday so we can focus on our Savior and what Easter means to us on the Sabbath. Introducing a New Beginning . I've been ruminating for some time. I loved this blog. I love to click through the old links and looking at our life in China. Remembering the places we visited, the emotions we felt. I wanted to keep blogging here, and hoped to capture our repatriation experience in the same space.
