http://ruthalvarezblog.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Abnormal is more normal than normal." - B. Moore. Tuesday, September 06, 2011. Summer Sum-Up: the family version. So I recently finished the ministry version on our other blog, and figured I might come over here to blow some dust off and jot down a few notes. What for? I have no idea! And still have goals to meet, but am getting there! Today is my girls' last day of summer and honestly I'm not sure yet what to do with it. I brought them donuts (at least that's what I'm telling. A visit from dear friends ...

Abnormal is more normal than normal." - B. Moore. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. God's grace alone will sustain us! This is what I wrote today in an email to a friend, so I'll just cut and paste here to make it easier! This next month (May) will be super hard for all of us. Jose just (today) took on a FOURTH job! So this next month will be PAINFUL but it means the road to seminary, and no more working at night, which will both be amazing and wonderful things. Also it means he will be able to dedicate tim...

The Southern Lindbergs: Fishing with Jesus
http://southernlindbergs.blogspot.com/2012/01/fishing-with-jesus.html
Wednesday, January 11, 2012. We did the clasic fishing with plastic fishing poles idea that you can find all over the web. The fishing poles we used were originally found at the dollar store. Today’s story talked about the fishermen who couldn’t catch any fish until Jesus came along. Today we are going to make a fish just like the ones that Jesus helped Peter James and John catch! Pass out one precut partially laced fish per child (google fish coloring sheet). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Well it's been eight days and there hasn't been much sleeping going on around here! Hey, I may be a zombie severely lacking in sleep, but I can still have fun! Bruceville: January 2015
http://billyandcourtney.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 10, 2015. So right after Emma's birthday party I got this horrible headache one night. Like migraine bad. I was so stumped by where it came from because I'm not normally a migraine person. Then I remembered the last time I had one. When I was pregnant with Maggie. I decided against ibprophen for the night and told myself I'd take a test the next day. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Current Location: Suburb of Dallas TX. Resident #1: Emma Jane. Abnormal is more normal than normal." - B. Moore. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. God sent me a sack lunch. Ead, "I sure wish there were some other option for lunch in the car besides McDonald's! Mind you, we had already had PBJ's on the way to the program at 10:30am) As I'm shopping in the program's warehouse, I walk by the refrigerator cases. One of the exciting things about this place is that you never know what they'll have - it's always a mystery! There had never been sack lunches there before! Mail (real ma...

Couldn't miss out on the bluebonnets this year. the same spot we used last year was booming again with lots of flowers and very few visitors. I can't complain too much with the photos as we got these and more in under 15 minutes. We had places to go people! Looking pretty comfy in that saddle Emma! Maggie's first pony ride attempt. Better luck next time. Maggie racked up the eggs! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
