Not only does it cause me to gain weight, experts agree that it can be destructive to my health. I used the recipe I found here. 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup.

Monday, November 12, 2012. The Road to Prison. Months into this journey.this call. I just thought I'd join up, and be walking in those doors the next week. It doesn't work like that. There is much to do, and in my case, to un-do. April: I began to vist my son's church, RMCC, very unaware it was to become my own new church. May and June: God began to lay prison ministry on my heart, then confirmed and convicted me. July 28th: CCES picnic where I shed secret tears leaving my 1st home church and family.
