The past two days for lunch, we have been treated by two very unique members of the Rotary club. Yesterday, Alex took us to eat Chinese. He has traveled all of the world, including being in boarding schools in Virginia. His Uncle was Mayor of Mexico City for 17 years. He works for the city councilman. PS I think it is rude in Mexico to turn down tequilia.

But once again that doesn't seem to bother me. My biggest concern at this moment is trying to figure out how to get all of my teaching materials on the plane with everything I will need for being gone a month. Juan Jose picked us up today. Juan Jose is a very interesting man, he is the type that I could sit and listen to for hours because his stories are fantastic and he has led such an interesting life. Juan Jose is fluent in Spanish and English, but all of his children speak at least 3 languages. First Day of School.

David, Lauren, and William. Thursday, March 15, 2012. So far, David and Gene have accomplished a lot! I'm really thankful for all they are doing this week. We are so blessed to have Gene come up to give David a hand! I think they have fun together too. :). Can lights in the kitchen are in and the ugly box light is no more:. Following Ward family tradition, we woke up bright and early Thursday morning to walk and run the Turkey Trot together downtown. William even got his own race number!
