This was tons of fun for the three of us. Chris rode the bike as I pushed Alex when I was rollerblading. After the one hour work-out Alex runned through the sprinklers and he is now taking his usual mid-day nap. I think yesterday I spoke too soon. His nose is still runny but no worse than yesterday.
