The AFP which was around 600 when he was diagnosed, and then 300 after his surgery is now down to 59.6! On to the actual chemo report, Drew has been tolerating the chemo. Again, it makes him...

The Durham Diary: Progress.
http://thedurhamdiary.blogspot.com/2011/01/progress.html
Thursday, January 27, 2011. I am sitting in Drew's room, having a little time to reflect on the crazy day we just had. I am insanely exhausted but just waiting until the nurses/techs get everything done for the night so I can get a little sleep with a little interruptions as possible. Thanks to my sis and a friend of hers ( thanks Kate! I have a nice little blow up mattress in Drew's room so I can stay with him during the night. Now time for a little sleep. Good night. The Durham Diary: October 2010
http://thedurhamdiary.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 27, 2010. It was reallly interesting how people with cancer really bond when you in a place like the chemotherapy treatment facility. We had a nice older couple sitting next to us who was just diagnosed. We talked with them a bit and told our "story" and they shared their story. It was really nice. Thanks to everyone who has sent cards, messages, gift cards, and brought meals. We are eternally grateful to everyone who has been praying for us. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. From someone w...

http://thedurhamdiary.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 21, 2011. It will be 5 months this week, since that day. We are going to have a check up with our oncologist here in April for the first official post-cancer appointment which I'm sure will bring anxiety as it gets closer but right now we are enjoying life. I also wanted to take time to thank everyone. There have been so many people who have shown their love for Drew, myself and our families during this time that I will never be able to properly thank them. I could go on and on. but ...
