http://nolacothran.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
The Cothrans' NOLA Adventures. Sunday, February 22, 2015. Ted and I actually got to go out for New Year's Eve! The first time since 2009 (when I was 3 months pregnant and not super happy about being out at midnight.). At dinner, ted and I did a little activity. We wrote down our favorite memories from 2014, and then shared them. Here's what we came up with. We also wrote down some things we want to do in 2015. Some of them are private, but I'll share a few:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Hello again, again!

Sunday, December 6. Asian version of the space race. Text (translated into English by yours truly) found above an illustrative cartoon above the urinal in a male/female salon bathroom around the corner from our apartment:. One small step forward, one giant step for civility. It echoed of Neil Armstrong, only, the subject matter is rather less concerned with the final fronteir and more with personal hygiene. A visit from Grandma and Grauntie. Grauntie feeding Caiden a bottle after touring and oil and vinegar shop (free samples! On a walk through the nearby woods. It's strange ...

Sunday, August 3, 2014. Need to take your average terra cotta pots to the next level? Terra cotta pots and coasters (any size! A complimentary paint color (we used non-spray paint for the accent color). Start by applying a coat (or two) of spray paint on your pots. be sure to check the dry time on your paint, so that it's dry before you apply the accent color. Tip: be sure to paint the inside of your pots, so that whatever is visible once the plant is in there is the right color (and not terra cotta).

Mehaffeys on the Move. Friday, February 24, 2012. A few of my favorite things. 1 The chalkboard table that I made- I will write more about it in the next post. It turned out exactly as I had imagined. Here is another angle. We bought those two new chairs from Ikea and are using a bench on the other side that my parents bought me from Pottery Barn when we first got married. We had been using it as a coffee table previously. 8 Our bathroom. It is so nice to have different sinks and a toilet off of the ...

Mehaffeys on the Move: Cotton eyed Joe
http://mehaffeys.blogspot.com/2012/08/cotton-eyed-joe.html
Mehaffeys on the Move. Friday, August 31, 2012. A little while back Caiden started this stomping move with one of his legs so we started singing the cotton eyed Joe song (we have a song for everything). We showed my mom and aunt when they were here and it prompted recorded him doing song and dance. Viewer discretion advised: not sure if this is cute or cruel but it will be good blackmail someday!
