Wednesday, November 30, 2011. For the month of November, several people on facebook put the things they are grateful for everyday leading up to Thanksgiving. I thought it was a good idea and decided just to put my list on here to refer back to when there are times I feel the world is against me and life just seems "unfair". I really have so much to be thankful for and here are just a few. 23 Pizza (I could seriously eat this with every meal). 22 Good examples of others. 20 Kindness from others.

In the moment: March 2011
http://mcfarlandinthemoment.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 31, 2011. The month of March has come and gone. I am grateful that we have been able to enjoy each day of March, good, crazy or indifferent. I think it was worse for me having to hold her down to get the earwax out, then it is to have her shots. Luckily for us both, she won't remember it. 13 lbs 8 oz. Just a pleasant, happy girl. S has been going non-stop. He had a small break from all of his schoolwork and student teaching the last week of March for his Spring Break. He is just n...

Thursday, September 29, 2011. Since we moved during Em's ninth month, I was unable to get her to the doctor. So I took her in at 10 months. We are settling in well. I really enjoy where we are located. It is nice to be close to a lot of activity. The two youngest and I have been meeting with a group of moms and preschoolers for lunch and play at the park once a week. The 3 MOST ADORABLE KIDDOS. Her first finger foods: peaches and carrots. In the moment: April 2011

Saturday, April 30, 2011. This month has brought about many April showers. On average it has been a cooler Spring. But there has been a fair share of warmer ones that we have enjoyed outside playing, running and laughing. At the beginning of the month, my Mom took the two oldest to watch of the weekend. Steve and I (and the baby) enjoyed sometime, eating, talking and being undisturbed by the needs and wants of the older two. It was a nice little break. We enjoyed a simple Easter this year. We were al...

Ripplinger: Just for fun
http://mmrippfam.blogspot.com/2012/06/just-for-fun.html
Jun 16, 2012. I dressed Gwen in a complete outfit :) Usually, I just skip all the extra stuff like hair accessories and shoes. But since I took the time to do it, I asked Matt to take her picture. The sleeves and the shoes seem to be too long/too big, but her torso seems to go all the way to the snaps. :). She often tucks her legs up on her belly (something she did in-womb, I'm sure). Saturday, June 16, 2012. Shes a beautiful baby, and all your other kids are growing up so fast! June 17, 2012 at 11:15 PM.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. 4 Babies and a Wedding. What a very busy month for us all! I think I have been in our home for full days about a handful of days. We have had a full calendar of activities. These are the words of what the kids thought or remembered happened in May. The bold, italicized words are their exact words. C: Preschool was great. My cousins came to...

Domestic Diva: November 2008
http://cattigandomesticdiva.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2008. 6 years ago today. this evening. After the police being called to locate my husband, changing my jammie pants a million times because I wasn't thinking clearly after my water broke, and 16 hours of labor, I got this. 8 pounds 8 ounces with a full head of dark hair that turned red a day later. Happy 6th Birthday, my favorite Grace in the whole wide world! I love you more than you'll ever know! I am so proud of the person that you are. even when you are up to no good! I do have o...
